Queer City: A CNN Experience is a one-of-a-kind pop-up museum and multi-media exhibit at the Hudson Mercantile in NYC, sponsored by P&G and BMW as an official WorldPride 2019 NYC Pride event. The exhibition amplifies messages of acceptance and recognizes P&G and BMW as allies of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Organized by decades, the exhibition features over 300 artifacts telling personal stories of the realities of life for the queer community in New York City from 1940 to today.
The film “Out of the Shadows” is shown in the P&G screening room while attendees enjoy sharing candid photos on social media from the BMW sponsored photo booth.
